#Item paid no funds

Was charged a #Item paid no funds amount of R200. The problem is that I have a FNBy account with no overdraft facility. The charge should have bounced and charged me a declining fee of R8.50. The bankers I’ve spoke with don’t help at all and called it a “fee” and said that the bank honoured the payment. I can track what is paid into my clothing account and the charge was not honoured.
