#item Paid No Funds

I keep getting debited ridiculous amounts of money on a monthly basis with the reference “#item Paid No Funds” anything ranging from R45 to R295 with no reference of what’s being paid for and I’m not even aware of the items that required payment that have been paid on my behalf. How do I stop this because I started monitoring in the last 2 months and I’m being continuously charged for things I cannot trace back.

So FNB responded but I was not assisted with my issue, I responded back with a mail using the reference number provided but I have not received any response in that regard.
