#ITEM PAID NO FUNDS

FNB is robbing us daylight.

They create a problem with a solution that benefits them.

When you transact, they don't deduct same time, unlike Capitec Bank, you always have pending transactions.

Then when you are busy transacting, you will be surprised when you have a huge negative balance. And when I enquire for the first time, they said it's because I transact with insufficient balance. One, how will I know the current balance while I always have pending transactions, two, if it deserves a penalty fee, how come they charge that ridiculous amount,m (R125), which is more than monthly account fees for cheque account (R125)...

What happened to transaction declined due to insufficient funds?????? When I asked them to cancel so that when I don't have insufficient amount it doesn't go through, then they said it's not possible.

Every problem has a solution, but it doesn't seems so with FNB, I guess innovation is now with new entrants. I have taken a decision that even though they offer better online banking security in terms of views, I am leaving them, I can pay over R200 bucks (R125 penalties and R109 account fees) every month I can save that money and do something else.
