#Item Paid No Funds 4 lte Ms On

I never thought I would do this with FNB, maybe I am wrong but I feel that I am not. This was the second time this happened, however when I go back on my account I can't find the 1st time. Anyway on the 2nd of January 2021 I logged on to my account and saw that I was in arrears (didn't get notified), so I saw this "#Item Paid No Funds 4 lte Ms On -R600.00" and I thought what was this about. So I emailed my personal banker's assistant, so it turns out according to him "Remarks show that the request was declined due to insufficient funds in your account" But normally when that happens (I admit it happened before) I make an intern transfer to keep my account in a positive as I have a few account with FNB all linked so I will NEVER go in arrears, if I knew a problem was going to happen (which never happened before) I would have contacted my banker to ask for assistance So my point is this - Well it's nice to know that FNB can just take my money like it belongs to them, I have made immediate transfers every time, I keep a close eye on my account this is not right, especially in times like these we definitely get to know who we can trust and all these years I thought FNB was one, guess I was definitely wrong about FNB R600??? Who do you think you are just taking R600 of my money?? That's bread and milk money for my family!!!!! Looks like we must all go to these banks who doesn't charge, like they are doing US a Favor for banking with them And this Reference????? #Item Paid No Funds 4 lte Ms On
