#Item paid no funds

I have a FNBy account and a debit order went off of close to R500 when there wasn't money in the account(because the debit order went through the wrong account) I immediately paid the money into the account. The next day I got a #Item paid no funds 3 on my account and R360 was deducted from my account. 2 main issues come up. I do not have an overdraft facility, the debit order should have bounced. 2) That charge they said for honouring the payments of R120 each (the hit me with 3 of them because they said 2 merchants also took money that day for which there should have been funds available). They said it is a charge for honouring the payment. I lodged a complaint and got a call, the person at the call centre said in my pricing guide there is the fee. There isn't, in cheque accounts and easy accounts there is, in the FNBy account there is not, only a R8.50 charge.

I'm a student that can't afford a bank to ***** R360 from me and lie by saying it's in the pricing guide when it blatantly isn't.
