ITEM PAID NO FUNDS

Dear FNB, My FNB cheque account appears to have two unauthorized charges of R45.00 and R135.00 with description #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS 1 ITEMS dated 08 Jul 2021

Please ensure reversals is app**** as I have called your call center and had the line dropped on me 3 times after authentication. If my query is not attended to in the next 72hrs I will be moving my account immediately to a Bank where such ******** does not occur. My wife also says FNB are the biggest ********, something I am slowly turning to believe.
