#Item paid no funds

There is a minus R200*2 which makes R400 in my FNB aspire account that I don’t know about. They have been trying to attempt to take money unfortunately they found that I don’t have money in my bank now am scared to put money in my Acc because they are going to deduct it. I called customer service and they couldn’t assist me , I’ve been transferred to 4 departments and all of them they talking different stories up until I run out of airtime while they were transferring me to other department again. FNB is a **** I trusted that bank. So now what should I do cos I want to deposit money in my account.
