Item Paid No funds

My name is Mathew Swanepoel, Cheque Account holder with FNB. Item paid no funds, but the dates that it says doesn't make sense, because i had money in my account that whole time, now they have taken R120.00 from my account, putting it in the negatives. I am not the first person to experience this issue. Please could you sort the issue out.
