#ITEM PAID NO FUNDS 1 ITEMS ON

I am Nkosinathi Mbangi and I have a cheque account with FNB and there is thing of FNB claiming to have paid on my behalf where as I had money on my account enough to cover the transaction. The date was 13/01/2020 I went to Usave and made a Purchase of R963.37 and was deducted(Reserved) as usual the actual amount on my account was R1077 after the payment the balance was R113.63. Usave did its banking on the 16/01/2020 and by that time the Balance on account was R-37.87 . Now FNB charges me an extra R125.00 saying its for an acknowledgement of that transaction since I did not have money on my account which is not the case,(Come to think of it if I had no Money on my account shouldn't the amount FNB "Paid" on my behalf be equivalent to the R963.37 + interest ?)

The funny thing is that this happened in October 2019 and I was never refunded nor assisted I know this will also be ignored, FNB you are ripping us off.
