Item paid no fund and ***** loan application

I have item paid no fund which I'm unaware about of R200.00 that is reflecting on my account and the last time I check I never had and overdraft with fnb after I canceled goldfision to gold cheq account. Also I have a loan with Wesbank which I never app**** but when I called on December 2022 to enquiry about it I was told an a loan application was done online via direct axis using my ID details, to my surprise the contact details and the residential address is not mine, meaning we're not safe anymore
