Item paid no 1 items *******

I am very disappointed at this bank. They charged me for unauthorized debit orders due to no funds in my account. I have asked FNB to stop debit orders all they tell me is that I should contact my service provider. Them as my bank can't help me with anything but instead charge me more. Why not let the debit order bounced back instead of charging me for item paid no1 item? Why am I not being notified 1st instead of taking money from my ac account and leaving even in more errors? I need my R 225 that you took without my knowledge.
