Item paid

FNB #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS 1 ITEMS ON All of a sudden, this month I have been hit with 3 charges of R150 with the reference: #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS 1 ITEMS ON.

I was never made aware of this fee and i would like to know what this is for and why it’s all of a sudden started coming off of my account?

Money is tight for everyone these days. So why is the bank trying to be sneaky and take money from their clients without our consent? As one can imagine, a refund would be appreciated as R450 can’t just disappear without my consent.
