Item excess charge(FNB has become very *****)

FNB has really dissapointed me and I want everyone to know. I have been charged -R515.00 for my business account being overdrawn(Less than 100 rand). So I am being charged 600% for my account being overdrawn by less than a 100 rand. I dont know any bank besides FNB for the last 22 years both in my personal capacity and Business but I have to really consider other banks. Furthermore, I have been calling for weeks now only for the agents to send me from pillar to post. Today one of the agents directed my call to a branch that cannot help at all. The agents have been very insensitive, as if this is something to just "accept" and move on. It is appaling especially considering the economic climate and general obstacles for businesses recently. AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THIS IS ALL OVER HELLO PETER!
