ITC UPDATE ON PAID UP ACCOUNT

Fnb doesn't update their ITC I had a Temporary loan account with them 2022 it was paid up but still reflects on my Itc as an active account ,and I'm struggling to get finance...I was promised that they will update it but to date nothing
