Its either the team that deal with complains do not understand or are just doing it on purpose.

I have reviewed your complaints and noted that you were advised that your FNB loan account is in the process of being closed and that the turnaround time for account closure is 45 business days. Once the account is closed a request would be sent the the Credit Bureau to update your report. FNB Loans had sent you an interim paid up letter for your perusal.
