ITC Profile update

Good day, I have emailed FNB requesting that they update my credit profile as i have settled my credit cards beginning of September to date no reply.

I have settled all credit cards but on ITC it still shows open.

After numerous visits to the branch and countless calls to the credit card department.

I'm pleading to FNB to update my ITC profile as its affecting my score.
