ITC NUMBER FOR DEVICE BLACKLIST AND SIMCARD BLOCK

I reported a ****** cellphone on the 28th of Nov. with my insurance, I was td since I have a FNB sim I should report it at FNB connect to blacklist the devise and block the sim card I will the receice a ITC number for the insurance. I reported it on the 28th of Nov at 11 am. I got a case number CAS-108018-G9F2P9. I was told that I would get a ITC number within 24 hours. Today is the 4th of Dec and I am still battling to get a ITC number. According to the Fnb call centre they did log a request with Cell C but did not get any response.

Please can SOMEONE help me?
