ITC listings for paid up loans from 2019...

Been struggling a whole month now again to clear my paid up temporary loans from 2019.... No one comes back to me, still shows on my name and the bank just don't care about their clients. Still no feedback and it's long past 10 working days....

When will FNB help me? Is there someone that can help me?
