ITC Listing not Removed
On 4 March, I raised a complaint with FNB, regarding a personal loan account listed as a Debt Recovery, when it was settled in July 2012. The reference number to the complait is 638121. This matter is still not resolved as the loan account is still reflecting on ITC. This is having a negative on my credit score.
