Itc listing and no help from fnb

Hi, Please close all fnb accounts; and give settlement letters and remove from ITC. Cheque account Revolving account Credit card Please close all accounts and remove from ITC. It is quite a mission to have fnb do this for me. My life is a leaving hell because of fnb and their unprofessional consultants who never respond to emails.
