ITC- INSTRUCTION UPDATE MY ACCOUNTS

Hi, I had a loan with FNB which I have settled at an earlier stage. My problem is why is it taking forever for FNB to sent an instruction to update since I do not owe them anymore. I cant even buy bicycle on credit since my ITC stutus (Transunion and Experian) shows that this account is still active. Please help Regards Khongotelani Ngobeni
