ITC BUREAU CLEARANCE

I settled my FNB Revolving loan which was handed over to Groenewald attorneys and the attorneys send me the settlement letter and advise me that FNB as the service provider will update my ITC bureau as closed account but it still shows Active on Experian, Transunion, etc and I once spoke to Patricia Kgosimmele on the *** who promised to look into the matter, and now I can't get hold of her and been trying to call her & number is not going through and account hand been settled in on the 24th February 2021..can this matter be resolved its frustrating me now.
