ITC and Experian not update for Microloan

I have just checked my Experian and ITC record and I have seen that a micro loan that was taken out in March 2015 still shows an outstanding balance! I would appreciate if FNB would update both my ITC and Experian Records to reflect the truth which is that the amount stipulated has been paid and was not late nor still outstanding! This creates such a bad image for my credit record as now possible lenders are under the assumption that i still owe FNB money from a micro loan that was taken 6 months ago!! Please update my record and send me proof of update via email soonest! this is such careless business practice!
