ITC

Hi, I would just like everybody to know how useless FNB loans are. My issue still has not been resolved. The lady at FNB customer experience gives me a paid-up letter with the wrong reference. The call centre agents doesn't know what they doing! ( when you call-in) I paid the loan up 3 months ago and now on my ITC its showing the loan is 3 months in arrears. I need this matter resolved ASAP.
