IT3B tax certificate not available via email

Shocking experience from FNB. My parents are elderly and over 80 and FNB refuses to email their IT3B tax certificates because they are all "digital" now. You can only download it from the banking app or you must visit a branch. People over 80 are unlikely to use internet banking and it is such an inconvenience for elderly that is not young and fit and healthy anymore to visit a branch for something that can surely be provided via email? Again, shocking service for people that are lifelong clients from FNB!
