IT TAKES MORE THAN FOUR WEEKS TO OPEN FNB BUSINESS ACCOUNT!!

I opened a business account on 07 April 2021 and the card was delivered to the branch which I collected. But it's been almost a month and am still waiting for validation although I've sent all the required documents including the KYC form. What a pathetic service from FNB,everytime I make a follow up am been told the matter has been escalated to their *********** team leader and I will get response within 24hrs.... I guess their 24hrs turn-around time is 3 weeks. Every day I speak to a different call center agent with no solution at all,I've used more than R500 airtime trying to force FNB to offer me a service which am gonna pay for...How disappointing!! Only if I knew, I would have opted for another bank
