it so bad about fnb . the money already with nearly 5 month, without any reason. don't want give my money back
I did update a mater on 23 june 2022, they respond fast , but never give any news later. how a bank service can be like this matter ***
Pls I want my money back

FNB give me respond :" Kindly note that payment R022BKAA00 was blocked by compliance and is still under review with our EXCON specialists " this message I got it 3months ago.
I just want to know why they still holding my money and when they can release the money.
please help me to find out. the reason and time .
