It left me nothing to use for transport fares-WORK

On the 1st of February 2015 I realized there was a mysterious debit order on my Bank Statement that I did not give consent to. However, when I enquirer with the bank through their Easy Plan Branches I was told that debit could only be enquired with Bank's Residuals whatever that meant. Nevertheless, I went to my Branch in Main Street JHB and yet I was told again that debit cannot be reversed unless I spoke to the Residuals directly.

Yet I left it slide a bit until i realized on the 1st April that debit order of R450 has gone twice on my account. It was then I took a decision to finally call that residauls and spoke to some guy called Jacki Nevumbani. He told me that double debit order cannot be reversed however, how much I tried. He stated his reasons being that I have stayed with that debt for so long so they were trying to make me forcefully complete it. Yes I admit having a Smart Loan with FNB in 2008 but never refused to repay the debt until I knew I was capable of doing so since I just started working December 2014 and trying to settle my living arrangements in terms of accommodations.

So now I am left with borrowing monies for transport hence working. Kindly, please help?SN
