It is almost 2 months since I logged a dispute for the amount of R2315 which was deducted by Zara for a purchase I am not aware of

It is almost 2 months since I logged a dispute for the amount of R2315 which was deducted by Zara for a purchase I am not aware of. Dispute was logged 4th August 2023, almost two months later there is no one who provides me with feedback when I make follow ups, instead I am always given a run around. I am not even provided with a name of a person who is working on my dispute claim.
