'It has been sent to the Premier Suite, who will respond within one business day'... Or... You know... NEVER...

I log into my internet banking, go to 'My SIM cards', and notice that a blocked SIM is still listed on my profile, when almost 6 months ago I was told that if I blocked it, it would automatically be removed from my profile after 3 months. So, while logged into my internet banking, I click on 'Contact us'. I select options that I have a 'Query' about 'FNB Connect', type in my question and click send. Any sane person would follow the same course of action. An automatic reply tells me to expect a response within one business day. OVER TWO business days later I receive a response: 'Your request has been forwarded to FNB connect'. Well gee thanks. Why is it an option to submit a query regarding FNB connect if the people that the query goes to are unable to deal with FNB connect queries? Can you not forward the email to them automatically if that option is selected? Or at the very least, make FNB connect's contact form accessible from SOMEWHERE on the website once you are logged in? But nevertheless, the query has been forwarded, I will get a response from FNB connect soon, right? WRONG. That was almost two weeks ago, and I have heard nothing. I submit another contact form, to the 'Premier Suite' again, this time complaining about the fact that I wait two days and all that happens is my email gets forwarded to someone else, and how I have heard nothing in days. I am told to expect a reply in one business day, that was over a week ago, still I hear absolutely nothing. I decide to try to reply to the email I received saying the request has been forwarded to FNB connect to ask what is going on. Turns out that a reply to the response just goes back into the queue of emails sent to the 'Premier Suite', so I get ANOTHER email telling me to expect a response within one business day, still get no response, and that was last week Thursday. So in total: Queries sent - 3. Responses received - 1. Usefullness of the received response - 0. Total business days I should have waited - 1. Total business days I have actually waited (so far) - 10.
