it feels like fnb is steeling my money

every month i get money in my account at 25th when i opened the account and was asked when money will be deposited in my account that was the date i gave them but every month at the 17 they take bank garages and by then the account is empty... then they ad a 114 for unpaid this has now been going on for 7moth and its hurting my credit score because it always looks like im not paying and for me trying to build a credit score for the firs time its hurtful and worst that 114 is being ****** from me because they don't take the money on 25 like they are suppose to but on 17 just to ad that 114 its hurting to see the place that should help steeling from me like that
