Istore credit card promotion failure-

I purchased an Ipad from istore online on the FNB credit card promotion - on 31 July 2020. My credit card still reflects the amount on straight and has not been moved to budget according to the terms and conditons of the transaction 247pm over 31 months. I have spoken to more than 5 different consultants on secure chat, i have spoken to the istore, I have spoken to consultants on the card line and I have also emailed the card department. I got a reference. It seems no one has a clue about the promotion and why its not on budget all promising to fix it in 3 days its now 18 days since the purchase and it is still on straight. not even moved to budget. Be very careful when buying from fnb card istore promotion.
