Issuing of a cheque card

I'm in an FNB branch to collect my cheque card after successfully applying for it a month ago, after waiting for 2 hours in the queue I'm told that I won't be able to get the card because my work permit has expired, so I provide proof that I did apply for a new permit 5 months ago and am awaiting collection.

I get refered to this lady branch manager who is so dismissive and is unwilling to hear me out, treats me like some ****pie ******* foreigner, gives me a lecture on how I am working around *******ly. Basically insults me in front of other clients. She has a bad attitude and treats us foreigners like we r nothing

funny the bank has been allowing transactions in and out of my account for the last five months when my permit expired, this excuse of a manager tells me I must wait until my permit is issued to get a card, however long that is. Evidently the bank does not care about my well being all they care about is my money when it suits them

so I am in the bank right now and have told the sorry excuse of a manager I am not leaving until they ever give me my card or close my account and give me all my money. I'm happy to move to another bank that is willing to listen to me
