issuing a PIN on cellphone is not acceptable

I requested an upgrade of my Gold Cheque account, to a Platinum Cheque account, on your FNB wesite, but it was rejected and I was issued a Private Client's account instead. I didn't ask for a Private Client's account!

I tried to downgrade it over the phone but was told to type my card number and PIN in, which is totally unacceptable. You don't have control over cellular operator's networks and I'm going to loose money when my PIN leaks out, not you. I also don't think it's acceptable to go stand in a queue in the bank because your system gave me something I didn't want!
