Issues with FNB online - cannot receive or transfer funds
There have been problems with FNB online since 8 Oct when some maintenance was done on the site. Many people still can't get on the app and if they can, they can't receive or transfer payments. And in some cases, they can't access their funds.
I contacted someone at FNB and they said that there are network and app issues and they are working on these. When will these be resolved?
Many of us have to receive and send payments in a timely manner. This is unacceptable!

10 Oct 2023, 10:23I was phoned by a lovely consultant yesterday (although the phone line was terrible and crackly.) We discussed things and she said the system issue was resolved. Sadly, this turned out to be false.
I've now checked multiple times and the issue isn't fixed. As you can see from the number of similar complaints from others here on Hellopeter. And people are still complaining about this issue.
I'm still getting the same error regarding receiving and sending payments from FNB and it's an issue accessing funds via ATM as well. So the issue has not been resolved for many people, despite the FNB's reassurances.
I've now checked multiple times and the issue isn't fixed. As you can see from the number of similar complaints from others here on Hellopeter. And people are still complaining about this issue.
