Issues with credit applications and FNB ********ly taking money from my account

I moved to FNB from Nedbank because I was told they have better products and service. However, I am seriously regretting this decision for a number of reasons. 1) Trying to get a credit card - I am not a South African citizen but I am a permanent resident. I do not have my ID book because of home affairs and delays and issues with them. However, when applying for a credit card with FNB they won't give me one because I am foreign and because of the way I am paid. I am paid quarterly rather than monthly however, my annual salary is above the threshold of R240,000. I have been told that it is not a question of affordability as it is evident I earn enough. I've also been told I have no credit history. I closed my Nedbank credit card to move to FNB so I find that unbelievable. They had no problem giving me one when I was a temporary resident and I never once missed a payment!

2) I was then told that I needed to get an immigration declaration so I could get the credit card. So I went through that process and agreed that FNB could take out R200 for the fee. They took R2000!!!! Then when I try to get hold of people to get my money back, I sit on hold for half an hour and still got through to no one.

3) Your rewards programme is based on the number of products you have. Well I can't get any more of your products because of the above! I moved because of your rewards programme yet can't reap any of the benefits I was hoping for.

I suggest someone contacts me and ensures my money is returned to me.
