Issues Opening Up Account

I have been trying to open up an account with FNB for three months now. Some time in October I went into the FNB Branch in Pinelands to open an account. Everything went fine and I was out in about half an hour. After a few hours I got an automated call to help me set up all of the information for my profile. I finished this and got a One Time Pin and a message that an agent would contact me in 24 hours to finish everything up. No call. However in a matter of hours of me setting up my account, I received maybe 6 different telemarketers, who had obviously got my information from FNB (I try to be very careful about who I give my details to). I tried to phone after a couple of days but I couldn't get anywhere because the automated call-centers because my account hadn't been activated, so there was no record of me as a customer. So I logged a complaint on the FNB website. The branch manager phoned me in about two days and explained that the issue was something technical (because it's easier to blame a computer than admit you were wrong). However she did say that the issue should be resolved within a week or so. Fast-forward to December and there was not a peep from FNB. I sent in another complaint using the website and got no response. I looked up the branch number for FNB in Pinelands, but that phone just redirected me to a call center. The call center told me there was still no record of me, and that they couldn't give me a number that would put me directly in contact with FNB Pinelands. So Today I went in to the branch and asked to see the manager - because she had dealt with me in the past I hoped that she would remember me. After waiting around for half an hour, she eventually came to see me. She claimed that she had no recollection of ever talking to me and if I had an issue with my account I must take a ticket and wait in line. The manager was abrupt and rude, and seemed to think that my age was good enough reason to basically ignore me. This is an unacceptable way to talk to someone who's spent months simply trying to open an account. I'm not sure if it's only the Pinelands branch that is this ***********, but it seems like they are actively trying to drive customers away. It is getting increasingly more difficult to want to bank with FNB when it took my sister half an hour and one form to open an account with Capitec.
