issues on black friday

As client that's been with FNB for years, I am most disappointed with the service received lastnight/ this morning, I tried connecting to the app on my phone, laptop and my spouse's phone just encase there was a alternative and from 11:58pm all the way to 02:45am to get the black friday connect deals a total waste all my energy and time for nothing, now not only did i not get the deals i wanted as an early Christmas gift but im absolutely drained sitting at my desk at work
