Issues at FNB BANK

I am disappointed in FNB. Yesterday I was on the phone the whole morning with On-line banking. I went into Northmead Square Branch and only then was the issue sorted. Today I phone Northmead Square Branch and the number on Google is not correct. I then phone another number so I can book an appointment to draw money and no-one answers the phone and I had to leave a message. Still waiting for a phone call from FNB so I can make an appointment to draw money. I cant believe this work ethic from I though a popular bank. You are always surprised.........
