Issues around permissions and delivery of a cheque card

I have two issues to raise...

1. I have been repeatedly told that it is possible for a secondary user to set the POS limits on a limited function card held by another individual. See the following references for more...

However, today I was told that this is not possible - RY ********** 8857 see the conversations with Justin and Sharon.

I then spoke to Embono - RP ********** 8658 - FJL-39258 who said someone from Enterprise Business Banking would call me within 10 days to discuss this further. Given my attempts to successfully set up the correct permissions and mandates on the account, is it possible for someone to call me sooner please?

2. I have ordered a limited function cheque card as per these references RE: ********** 4_ ********** 16 [REF: ********** 1_ ********** 32] And with the card info below

485442******6181 Ordered Expires - 31 Jul 2021

However, the courier company is calling the secondary user to arrange delivery and not the card holder themselves. Please can you let me know how to update the card holder please?
