Issues after debt review

About 3 years ago I went under voluntary debt review. I was told that I would be able to exit it as soon as my unsecured debt was paid of, by both the Debt Counselor as well as FNB's Debt Review Center. They assured me that my home loan would not needed to be paid off if I would like to exit debt review, although it was included under the payment plan, I might just need to pay a higher premium for a while afterwards. Which I am more than willing to do. I have recently settled all of my accounts except my home loan. But FNB refuses to accept my clearance certificate because I did not settle my home loan. They have also been sending me from pillar to post to get my original debit order for my home loan reinstated. I am not listed as under debt review with transunion or experian anymore, so why is FNB giving me such a hard time????? Surely you prefer a debit order for a bond rather them me making manual payments every month. I have not even been able to get the current bond payment amount from anyone. I took the step to get rid of my debt and this is the way that I am now being treated by FNB? Am I the wrong skin color? Please get someone to assist me ASAP
