Issue with REVERSALS!!!!

I have been with FNB for a couple on months now and I have been on the phone 5 times trying to make reversals with no luck.

I am been promised phone calls that never happen.

The consultants I have spoken to have informed me that this is due to a system upgrade made by the bank and since last monday FNB customers have been having this issue.

I am on hold for more than 2 hours at a time with no luck at the end on that long call.

This is totally not acceptable.

I am extremely not happy as this is an FNB issue and not mine.
