Issue Resolved a Wonderful consultant named Jason

I just want to say thank you to a consultant in the resolutions team called Jason I Laid a complaint on this plat form a week ago and it was not very long before FNB got back to me Jason took the time to explain to me exactly what has happened on my account compare to the agent I was on the chat with FNB you need more people like Jason cos he explained it to me in a way I understood and he had patience with me he also understood where my frustration came from and he was able to put himself in my position he could even relate to my situation as he was telling me about a personal experience he had as well which was the same as mine so FNB its Because of him that you get a 5 star again he brought your name back up
