I got a an email last year that business petrol cards will be discontinued. I went to FNB in Sandton and they gave me details of my relationship banker. I sent her an email enquiring about alternatives and she asked me for my account number and I sent it to her. I’ve been waiting for her ever since for an alternative product but nothing until today. I got a communication yesterday from FNB that petrol cards won’t be working anymore. This means my business won’t operate today because my banker didn’t see me important enough to deal with my things. Ay shame FNB has failed me big time. Only started with Standard Bank in less than a year ago and they’ve done more than what fnb has done for me in over 10 years.
