Is your money safe with FNB?

Following Email continues to be ignored by FNB Complaints:

Please can you now tell me why I should consider keeping my bank account with FNB, after realizing that from all they ***** email, and security emails assuring me how safe my money is with FNB, in actual fact it is not. A company was able to take money out of my account WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION ON THE APP AS PER FNB “SECURITY PROTOCOLS”.

FNB also states about the use of an OTP. Tell me unless I’m mistaken the “O” in OTP, means ONE, so ONE TIME PIN. IMPLYING THAT THE AUTHORIZED AMOUNT IS ONLY AUTHORIZED ONCE!! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR THE COMPANY TO TAKE IT OUT TWICE AGAIN WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!!
