Is this the kind of HELP FNB claims to offer

A simple request for a new cheque book appears far beyond FNB capability. First i was informed to go to Grahamstown Br to ORDER the cheque book. This would have been a fruitless 160Km round trip. Branches i then found out do not handle or receive cheque books at all. They come from JHB at a courier cost of R200, which amount i am not prepared to pay. It is not my fault that the branches no longer deal with cheque books. However they are very happy to have my credit balance on cheque account without interest benefit to me. ie they are *****ing me. The fact that i have been a customer for over 40 years seems to matter not one bit.
