IS THIS PRIVATE BANKING????

Yesterday, 27 May 2015, early morning, I contacted FNB by means of their website regarding private banking services. They responded with an automated e-mail.<br> This morning I received a call from FNB I unfortunately could not answer due to being in a meeting. I returned the call and landed in the contact center. The e-mail reference number was not to be found by the person. Without listening, a succession of questions were asked in an effort to \determine which account I qualify for". I had to interrupt the person three times before I was promised to be contacted by Private Banking.<br> No response yet"
