Is this how you treat clients again

Well I received a call from FNB and said I should select a branch and then speak tothe business manager. Sir I did that and went to Lenasia branch. Well needless to say that he couldn't greet properly nor introduce himself (as I still don't know his name). Started by greeting him tried cracking a joke as an ice breaker and SUPER WOW!!! did i get an unprofessionel person. wh said "are you here to bribe me" at that point already I knew i had walked into a wall but stayed and then having explained what I was told his exact words were " well seeing that your account was closed this must be done all over again so you must bring everything and it doesn't mean that your account was closed we will bypass the system". I was livid at that point and told him in no uncertain terms if that is the attitude I will rather go to another bank. You could see his gloating when i left. I personally feel this guy is ****** against Coloured people. So FNB i was and am right about your ****** and unwillingness to assist small businesses. I hope Mr Jardine reads this
