Is this collusion to prevent us from making profit

FNB Share Investing, stay away from this platform because you will not make money. I bought share through FNB Share Investing platform on Monday 01 July 2019 as follows, placed an order @ 10h24 to buy Sibanye (SGL) at 15.55 and at 12h04 my order was still not opened by brokers and only when I inquired over the phone then it was opened at 12h05. When I questioned why, I was told there is a problem with the system. My worry was that my instruction was to buy shares at a certain price and the price dropped below the requested amount at 10h49 and even below that price untill 11h33. To my surprise I received a message after complaining that my order was executed at 12h35 at the price I have requested even though the price was above my asking price since 11h35 and never dropped again. I logged a complaint with FNB on 1 July 2019 and as I am still waiting to hear from them the price of that particular share went up today on Wednesday above my expectation (16.60) and wanted to sell it at 11h20 (3 July 2019). Guess what happen?...............Boom, I logged to my FNB profile to sell my shares and the sell button on my profile is nowhere to be found. I called FNB to ask what is happening and the answer was/is the usual song, problem with the system. The share continued to trade above my expected target for more than an hour reaching R16.84 but the system continues to have a problem. As I am writing this I can open my profile but no sell button at 15h45 Wednesday 3 July 2019.
