Is there someone who has the knowledge.

We have a business account with FNB. Our business is importing and supplying local companies. I attempted to make a payment for £2 900.00 increased the daily and monthly limits to R 100 000.00 but could not make the payment. According to FNB Forex, international payments can't exceed R 50 000.00 a mere £ 2 500.00, they advise to split the payments (now there are more than one transaction that attracts costs). Business banking refuses to assist as this is not their rule and department. Forex dept. again informs me to contact FNB Business who says they can't assist with international payments, I contacted Forex again and spoke with Yolanda, WHO AGIAN CLAIMS THIS IS NOT THE FUNCTION OF THE FOREX DEPARTMENT. Who at FNB can then assist?
